Talk to Someone You Trust
You don’t need to have the right words.
If something doesn’t feel right, starting a conversation with someone you trust can make things feel more manageable.
It doesn’t have to be a big moment or a perfect explanation.
Just saying something is often enough to begin.
Who You Could Talk To
A Friend
Talking to someone your own age can feel easier.
They don’t need to fix anything — just being heard can make a difference.
A Family Member
If you feel able to, opening up to someone at home can help you feel less alone and more supported.
A Mentor
Someone outside your immediate circle can offer support without judgement and help you understand what to do next.
If Talking Feels Difficult
Not everyone feels ready to talk to someone they know — and that’s okay.
You can still speak to someone confidentially through support services:
A Small First Step
You don’t have to explain everything at once.
Starting small — even just saying “something doesn’t feel right” — is enough.
Start the Conversation
You don’t have to wait until it gets worse
